Mental Health Difficulties

Come and enjoy the special atmosphere of the Princes Centre while trying new experiences.

Did you know 1 in 5 people suffer from a mental health problem?

At the Princes Centre, we encourage people with mental health difficulties to be themselves, to socialise, and build up friendships and relationships without the fear of being judged.

Mental Health clients find the Centre’s relaxed supportive environment allows them to try new experiences, have tasters of different activities and will encourage them to explore new ideas.

The staff at the Princes Centre work proactively to help clients work towards their personal goals.

Some of the activities that have been used by the mental health group are:

Discussion groups

Coffee mornings

Newsletters

Knitting and sewing

Arts and crafts

Self-confidence building

Outings, trips and exploring

Cardmaking
